Great Idea: Round Dining Tables as Desks

Blu Dot is on my hit list of favorites for the second time this week. This organic looking forked stainless steel Sprout Table caught my eye. It may have been conceived in the designer’s mind simply as a round dining table, but I need a new desk, and I think this will do the trick!

Making my choice difficult, it’s available in three cool colors: a bright yellow that reminds me of a yield sign; a subtle ivory--great looking in contrast to the shiny base; and the unwavering tried and true basic black. I'm going for a black and white home office, check out the one on the Design Public blog. I think as far as round dining tables go, aka computer desks, it’s going to be the ivory. Which is your favorite?
