Decorative Pillows and Throw Pillows:

Throw pillows are a great way to give your room an inviting and comfortable look. Pillows can range from small, decorative pillows used on a couch to add accent colors, to large floor pillows that can provide additional seating. When choosing a decorative pillow, consider:

  • Material- For a floor pillow, make sure to choose washable fabric that can be easily removed. For a couch pillow, consider whether you want the material to complement or contrast with your existing fabric.
  • Color- Decorative pillows are the perfect accent, so be daring and creative with your colors and patterns. Designers often coordinate other accent colors from artwork and rugs with the pillow fabric.
  • Groupings- Pillows are usually used in groups. Three or four accent pillows in complementary colors look great on a couch, but remember not to make your furniture look too busy or crowded.

Go ahead and get creative, your decor will look great and your guests will appreciate the comfort!

A Beautiful Melody

It’s been said you can’t carry a tune to save your life. Although, you think you sound like Tina Turner when you belt one out in the shower. Save yourself the embarrassment and get the Melody iron bed from Wesley Allen.

This truly one of a kind wrought iron bed will have you singing all the right notes, even if it is in your dreams. Whether the night holds a cacophony of snores or channel surfing, snuggle down and enjoy! Toss grandma’s old brass bed, the $1,200 price tag on the Melody bed won’t have you singing the blues.

Pillow Talk
Psst, want to know a great way to annoy your guy? Buy pillows—lots and lots of pillows—and put them everywhere. The sofa, the bed, chairs, piled in a corner, you name it.

The only thing men know about pillows is they only need one—and only when they are sleeping. Otherwise, pillows just lie around and get in the way and they hate that.

Women know the truth: pillows are soft, offer comfort when you’ve had a bad day or just watched “An Affair to Remember” for the 50th time and the best thing is they come in all different colors, shapes and styles.

Some of our favorites "The Crying Pillow" and "The Rain Pillow"  from k studio will drive him crazy and look terrific on the Melody bed above.

Can you say, "drool"?
